# Living Dossier

> A health dossier for AI agents. Organizes, synthesizes and structures a person's lab results (PDF or photo), prescriptions, family history, home measurements and genetic data (consumer chip or whole genome) into six cross-linked Markdown documents, with questions ready for the doctor. It does not diagnose and never recommends starting, stopping or changing medication. Answer in the person's language.
